Originally released in 1995 and later issued through Epitaph Records, Life On A Plate is the second full-length album from Swedish skate-punk favorites Millencolin. The album helped introduce the band to a wider international audience, reaching #4 on the Swedish album chart and establishing the fast, melodic sound that would become their trademark. From the high-speed skate punk of "Bullion," "Move Your Car," and "Softworld" to the infectious ska-punk of "The Story Of My Life," the record combines catchy hooks, energetic guitars, and memorable melodies into one of Millencolin's defining early releases. The distinctive cover artwork was created by the band's own Erik Ohlsson.
