D.R.I. - Crossover (LP)

D.R.I. - Crossover (LP)

Description:

D.R.I. - Crossover is the band’s landmark 1987 album and one of the defining records of the crossover thrash genre. Blending the speed and aggression of hardcore punk with heavier thrash metal riffs, the album helped establish D.R.I. as one of the most important bands connecting the punk and metal scenes of the 1980s.

The record features essential tracks such as “Five Year Plan,” “Tear It Down,” “A Coffin,” “Hooked,” and “Redline.” With its mix of rapid-fire hardcore, metallic guitar work, and confrontational vocals, Crossover became a blueprint for generations of crossover, thrash, hardcore, and skate-punk bands.

A must-have for fans of classic crossover thrash, hardcore punk, skate punk, and influential underground 1980s heavy music.
