Warzone – Open Your Eyes (CD)

Warzone – Open Your Eyes – CD

Originally released in 1988, Open Your Eyes is the second full-length from New York hardcore legends Warzone. Following the landmark Don’t Forget the Struggle, Don’t Forget the Streets, the album continued to build on the band’s hard-hitting NYHC sound while delivering Raybeez’s messages of unity, friendship, perseverance, and standing against racism and oppression.

Songs like “Dance Hard or Die,” “Always – A Friend for Life,” “Fight the Oppressor,” and the title track capture the direct, street-level approach that made Warzone one of the most influential bands to emerge from the New York hardcore scene.
