The Queers - Love Songs For The Retarded (Tape)

The Queers - Love Songs For The Retarded (Cassette)

Description:

The Queers - Love Songs For The Retarded is the New Hampshire punk band’s 1993 album, delivering their signature mix of Ramones-inspired punk rock, bubblegum pop melodies, sarcastic humor, and fast, catchy songwriting. The record is one of the defining releases from The Queers’ classic early-1990s period.

The album features fan favorites such as “You’re Tripping,” “Night of the Livid Queers,” “Monster Zero,” “Debbie Be True,” and “I Hate Everything.” With short, hook-heavy songs and plenty of irreverent attitude, Love Songs For The Retarded captures the melodic punk sound that made The Queers a major influence on later pop-punk bands.

A great addition for fans of Ramones-style punk, pop punk, Lookout!-era punk, and classic ’90s melodic punk rock.
