The Nerve Agents – The Nerve Agents (CD)

The Nerve Agents – The Nerve Agents – CD

Originally released in 1998 on Revelation Records, The Nerve Agents is the self-titled debut EP from the California hardcore band. The eight-song release introduced their fast, dark, aggressive take on hardcore, drawing from the intensity of classic bands like Youth Of Today, 7 Seconds, Circle Jerks, and Agnostic Front while developing a sound of their own.

Featuring Eric Ozenne on vocals, Tim Presley on guitar, Kevin Cross on guitar and bass, and Andy Granelli on drums, the EP was recorded in 1998 and produced and engineered by Paul Miner. Its short, explosive songs helped establish The Nerve Agents within the late-’90s West Coast hardcore scene.
