Sublime - Sublime (CD)

Description:

Sublime - Sublime is the Long Beach band’s landmark self-titled 1996 album, blending ska, punk, reggae, dub, hip-hop, and alternative rock into the laid-back but distinctive sound that made the group one of the most recognizable bands of the 1990s.

The album includes some of Sublime’s best-known songs, including “What I Got,” “Santeria,” “Wrong Way,” “Doin’ Time,” and “April 29, 1992 (Miami).” With Bradley Nowell’s mix of melodic vocals, reggae phrasing, and punk energy, the record became the band’s defining release and remains a staple of ska-punk and alternative rock.

A must-have for fans of ska punk, reggae rock, alternative rock, and classic 1990s Southern California music.
