Black Flag – Loose Nut
Released in 1985, “Loose Nut” finds Black Flag continuing their evolution beyond the boundaries of traditional hardcore punk. Featuring Greg Ginn's experimental guitar work, heavier riffs, and the unmistakable vocals of Henry Rollins, the album blends aggression, hard rock influences, and darker lyrical themes. While divisive upon release, Loose Nut has since earned recognition as an important and unique chapter in Black Flag's influential catalog.
