Released in 1991 on Epitaph Records, Ribbed is NOFX’s third studio album and an important step toward the fast, melodic skate-punk sound the band would perfect throughout the ’90s. Produced by Brett Gurewitz, the album combines rapid-fire punk, sarcastic humor, catchy melodies, and the rough-edged energy of NOFX’s early years. It was also the band's final album to feature guitarist Steve Kidwiler.

Featuring favorites like “Green Corn,” “The Moron Brothers,” “Just The Flu,” “New Boobs,” and “The Malachi Crunch,” Ribbed captures NOFX just before the lineup and sound that would carry them into their best-known era.
