The CD pulls from the band’s aggressive mix of metalcore, hardcore, noise, and experimental heavy music, including songs from releases such as Plastic Soul Impalement and Throwing a Wrench into the American Music Machine.

The collection includes tracks such as “Modus Operandi,” “Dead Signal,” “A Good Feeling,” “Police John, Police Red,” “Human Shield,” and “Burt Reynolds Vs. Godzilla,” along with an alternate recording of “One Zero One.” It serves as a strong overview of Training for Utopia’s late-’90s output and the heavier side of the early Solid State Records catalog.

A solid choice for fans of chaotic metalcore, experimental hardcore, and late-1990s/early-2000s Solid State Records releases.

Track Listing:

Modus Operandi

Dead Signal

A Good Feeling

Tennessee Midget

Two Hands

A Gift to a Dying Friend

The Falling Cycle

Everything, Including the Stars, Is Falling (Baby)

New York City Is Overrated

Burning (Match in Hand)

50,000 Screaming TFU Fans Can't Be Wrong

Police John, Police Red

Human Shield

Thoughtless Reminders

Brother Hezekiah

Burt Reynolds Vs.
